For this steel structure building project, the container quantity in need we calculated is 4 containers in total, 1 for structure, rest 3 for sandwich panels. As we could see, 100mm panels will take a lot of container space.
Before loading, we got inform from client and they found shipping cost is higher than expect, which makes raw goods cost higer, so we were finding some ideas try to help client solve this problem.
After 6 hours until it dark, we constantly thinking, discussing, trying and changing method at factory loading onsite, successfully helped client saved 1 container, which corresponding shipping cost of USD $6,500!
In addition, we also assisted customers in loading other packages they purchased in China, maximizing the efficiency of each container. Both the client and we are very satisfied with this result.
