Received an inquiry from the customer on October 23, 2024, confirmed the length, width, and height of the building with the customer, and obtained the customer's contact information.

Afterwards, we confirmed the design of the building, insulation materials, and the load of the building city with the client. During this period, we learned that the client only wanted to know the price, and provided an estimate and ocean freight for the client's reference (because ocean freight is fluctuating, to avoid any losses to the client, we will check the accurate ocean freight for the client and confirm with them one week before shipment)
One week later, I received the client's questions about the project and answered them one by one, and send customer detailed quotation to help the customer better understand the project.
After receiving the quotation, we answered the customer's questions about building flooring and provided some customer case studies for their reference.
During the waiting time for project approval, we showcased our laboratory advantages and factory display video to the client.
After check the video, the customer expressed their desire to visit our factory, and we warmly welcomed them!
On January 9th, we preliminarily confirmed the approximate time for visiting the factory.
During the few days of the New Year, I learned about the client's arrival time in Qingdao, and in the following days, I confirmed with the client the final factory visit time and number of personnel
The time for factory inspection has finally arrived. With the careful explanation of our engineer Johnny, the customer has gained a deeper understanding of our factory and machines. We had in-depth communication in the meeting room about the current project and future cooperation.
